Return & Exchange Policy

XAYWEAR executes ultra-stringent hygiene regulations and high-level safety measures across all wrapping,
sealing, and production environments. Because of the intimate design and bespoke nature of our articles, all
sales are governed by the following structural rules:
• Damaged Deliveries Only: Return or exchange requests are strictly evaluated and processed only in the
exceptional scenario where an item arrives verified with physical factory damage or severe transit defects.
• Return Logistics Coverage: In any instance where a damage-based return request is authorized by our
review team, all associated return shipment freight charges and regional customs/logistics costs must be
fully borne and prepaid by the customer.
• Bespoke & Tailored Non-Returnable Items: Any garment specifically customized, custom-tailored to
unique body measurements, or modified to individual structural preferences is completely excluded from
returns, cancellations, or exchanges. These items are strictly built for one unique profile.

Returns can be claimed with in 7 days.
