XAYWEAR – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to XAYWEAR. Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our platform, website, and communication channels (including WhatsApp ordering systems). By purchasing from XAYWEAR, you acknowledge and unconditionally agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Use
By utilizing this service, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Pakistani law. You are solely responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your personal details, order credentials, and delivery data shared during the procurement process.
2. Product Information, Colors, & Integrity
XAYWEAR takes premium care in manufacturing apparel, nightwear, and intimate products involving specialized textiles, delicate laces, and unique hues. Please note that minor variations in product shades, texture depths, or embroidery patterns due to digital lighting arrays or device screen calibrations do not constitute a manufacturer defect.
3. Personalized Coordination & Order Deadlines
Our operational model for unique clothing segments, specifically our Wedding Essentials & tailored articles, relies heavily on direct customer interaction via WhatsApp or other official lines. Finalized deadlines and timelines established dynamically during these mutual discussions are legally binding segments of your purchase agreement.
4. Strict Intimate Hygiene & Custom Product Balances
To satisfy global consumer protection standards and verify secondary distribution chain safety, intimate items (such as panties, briefs, or inner garments) cannot undergo return processes under any conditions. Furthermore, any apparel engineered precisely to custom dimensions, bespoke modifications, or explicit consumer preferences cannot be refunded or cancelled once fabrication begins.
5. International Shipping Liabilities
XAYWEAR exports globally, maintaining set regional delivery frameworks (UAE: 7-10 days, EU: 7-14 days, USA/Canada: 10-18 days). Any administrative import levies, local handling parameters, destination border taxes, or customs clearing charges are strictly the financial liability of the purchaser.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from copying our visual catalog data, replicating design patterns, exploiting XAYWEAR branding for secondary commercial gains, or using abusive language with our customer support teams. XAYWEAR reserves the right to immediately cancel orders or deny services to any customer engaging in fraudulent activity, bad faith claims, or digital platform exploitation.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms, operations, and cross-border transactions are monitored exclusively under the legal systems of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any unresolvable contract contentions or legal disputes arising directly between a buyer and XAYWEAR must be brought solely before the competent courts of Pakistan.
